We'll be joined by Tellius customer Frank Armenante, Director of Field Systems at Novo Nordisk, who brings 25+ years of expertise in the life science industry with the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. He brings with him a deep understanding field sales effectiveness, commercial execution, incentive compensation, and data-driven approaches to driving real competitive advantages.
Nick Pinero has 10+ years of experience guiding commercial pharmaceutical customers through the technical evaluation, implementation, and deployment of AI-powered analytics. Prior to joining Tellius, he was a Lead Data Scientist at IBM, where he applied artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms across retail, healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications.
Frank Armenante is a 26-year veteran of the commercial life science industry, 16 years of which have been spent at Novo Nordisk—the world's 2nd largest pharmaceutical company. In his current role, he leads the Field Systems team, which aligns across the enterprise to provide customer-facing technology solutions to commercial sales, medical, and market access within all of Novo Nordisk U.S. operations. His core focus and expertise is commercial execution, field sales, and incentive compensation, while also possessing a strong understanding of information systems, IT, and customer-facing supporting technology. Balancing his life as a dad, coach, and giving his time to his community, Frank’s approach to business is a combination of passion, team commitment, and a relentless drive for higher performance and improvement.
